This offer is only valid for start-ups.
Payment
All payments are due upon receipt. If a payment is not received or payment method is declined, the buyer forfeits the ownership of any service purchased. If no payment is received, no service will be given. Payments have to made in advance to receive the booked service.
When booking the service you agree to recurring payment.
Service Policies
Service will be paid for by the buyer in the amount agreed upon by the seller at the time of purchase. Service will be given via e-mail or Skype in the amount of time per month which is chosen in the contract.
Paid service will start with the beginning of a month and end with the end of a month.
Cancellation
The service may be cancelled up until payment has been processed. Once payment has been processed, the buyer is responsible for payment. Cancellation of the service is possible at any time. Already received payments will not be refunded.
Complaints
Any complaints about the service may be sent to our support team: info@northflash.com. There is no guarantee of a resolution. Each case will be looked at individually, and the seller will be in contact as well.
Legalities
The seller is not responsible for any health or safety concerns once the buyer has received the service. If any harm is incurred from the service purchased by the buyer, the seller shares no responsibility.
